Golf Tournament at The Ford Plantation

10:30am-4:00pm -Green Fee of $150 per player includes golf cart and lunch with beer and wine. And followed by the Awards Celebration with complimentary hor d’oeuvres, beer and wine.
The Ford Plantation features a premier Pete Dye-designed championship course with two distinct ntne-lwle challenges: the front nine designed around 250 acres of freshwater lakes, and the back nine resembles agreat Scotttsh links-typecourse, with holes placed anwng the Plantation 'soriginal rillfields.

Jim’s experience comes from a lifetime in the equine industry. Growing up in a family heavily involved in the Quarter Horse Industry gives him an insider’s view of the industry. Jim has been involved in training world champions, multiple AQHA point earners and has judged many of the largest horse shows in the country includ- ing the PHBA World Championships. Jim has also participated in numerous equine organizations as a board member and often as president. Most recently Jim was the Chairman of the Agricultural Commodity Commission for Equine through Georgia’s Department of Agriculture.

Friday ~ 90 minute fully narrated Historic Savannah Trolley Tour (voted the Best Tour in Savannah) Take a journey through old Savannah around the historic squares, along the wa- terfront and the 2.2 square miles of the historic district aboard our beautiful Blue Trolley steeped in nostalgia and old fashioned charm.

Saturday ~ Narrated Harbor Tour on Savannah Riverboat Cruises
Relive a bygone era on board one of our Riverboat harbor sight- seeing tours. Hear the Captain’s intriguing tales and historic facts as you tour a river once used by the founders of our beautiful city. Learn about the history of Savannah, her port ,modern day and past, and see the statue of “the waving girl”. Take advantage of our large-pane window views in our dining rooms and the canopied, open-air third deck. This one-hour sightseeing harbor cruise is a fun and educational tour for children and adults alike. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view.
