Online renewal is NOT available for Junior Memberships. They must be renewed by mail.

To Login, type your Username and Password.

Your username is your first and last name as it appears on your UPHA membership card, lowercase, no spaces.
Example: John Doe
Username: johndoe

For Active and Associate Members:
Your password is your UPHA membership number, without the zeros.
Example: Member Number 00987
Password: 987

I am having problems logging in and I know my membership number.
1. USERNAME: Be sure that you are typing your name in lowercase letters, no space between first name and last name, exactly as it appears on your membership card. Example: John M. Doe would be johndoe. Do not input a middle initial even if one is printed on your card.
2. PASSWORD: Be sure that you are inputting your membership number WITHOUT THE ZEROS. For example, if your card reads 01138, you input 1138. If it says 00020 then you input 20.
3. If you are getting an error message that "Only Active Members May Vote" or that you need to Renew your membership and you are positive that you are a Current Active member, try logging in from the Home Page instead of from the Voting Page. Go back to the Home Page (www.uphaonline.com) and click on the Member Login button at the top of the page. If you log in successfully, then go back and click on the Horse/Pony of the Year Voting button and see if you can then get to the Ballot.

I have voted but now my spouse/friend is having problems logging in on the same computer. We get a message that "You have already voted."
That is because the first member is still logged in. (Even when you go back to the website later the same day, if your browser has Cookies Enabled, then the website will recognize your IP address and think it is the same person.) For the first member to logout:
1. Go to the Home page (www.uphaonline.com) and click on the Member Login button.
2. Re-enter the FIRST MEMBER'S username and password again. This will take you to your Membership Profile. Click on the LOGOUT button in the left hand column.
3. Go back to the Home page and the SECOND MEMBER should now be able to log in and vote.
