UPHA NATIONAL CONFERENCE VENDORS

Increase your company’s visibility and profile to the show horse industry by becoming a vendor during the UPHA annual conference January 22-25, 2020, Lexington, Kentucky.  The UPHA National Conference is joined by the American Hackney Horse Society, American Morgan Horse Association, American Road Horse and Pony Association, American Saddlebred Horse Association, American Saddlebred Museum and the American Saddlebred Registry.  Support the UPHA, while promoting your products and services to the professionals and owners in the American Saddlebred, Hackney, Roadster and Morgan industries. You and your products are the key to our success!

Reservation deadline:  Vendor application deadline, December 21, 2019.  Fax or mail application for exhibit space and payment to UPHA at fax:  859.255-2774 or 4059 Iron Works Parkway, Suite 2, Lexington, KY  40511.

Space is limited-Reserve your booth space early!

The UPHA National Conference Committee reserves the right to approve all vendors.  Vendor booth assignments will be made by the UPHA National Conference Committee. 

 

Vendor Date, Time and Location

The vendor areas will be open to attendees, Thursday, January 23 through Saturday, January 25, 2020 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Vendors may set-up their booth beginning Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in the Pre-Assembly area outside the Grand Ballroom Salons. 

 

What’s included?

  • Complimentary listing on the UPHA website www.uphaonline.com

  • Space is approximately 8’ X 10’

  • Table and 2 chairs

  • Silent auction will be set up in the Pre-Assembly area along with vendors to increase traffic

  • Internet and electricity are not included in your booth fee and must be ordered separately from the hotel.  A list of vendors needed this service will be provided to the hotel for you to work with them directly.

 

Shipping

Packages sent to the hotel may arrive no earlier than three (3) days in advance of event date.  A processing and handling fee of $10.00 per box/item will be charged by the hotel. Please see Front Desk Agent when you are ready to have the package delivered to your meeting room.  Allow 15-20 minutes for delivery time to your location.  Additional charges will apply to shipping/receiving crates, pallets or packages of 100 lbs. or more.

Refund Policy

UPHA and the UPHA National Conference Committee cannot guarantee sales for any vendor.  There will be no refunds for vendor spaces due to lack of sale of product.  Vendor space is limited; therefore UPHA may not be able to accommodate unusually large vendor booth spaces, in which case, UPHA will refund the cost of the space to the vendor.  All other vendor refunds will be at the discretion of the UPHA National Conference Committee.
