Registration for the 2026 UPHA Conference is now open. Attendees can join membership meetings and educational forums, and enjoy three continental breakfasts for only $150. Are you planning to attend the awards banquets? Discounted packages for awards banquets are also available, providing significant savings.
Early bird discounts are available for registrations submitted by December 12, 2025.
To Register:

Click on the registration link, which will direct you to the login screen. UPHA members can log into their member portal by entering their log in information under "existing users". If the person is not a UPHA member, they can access the registration page by entering the email under "new user" to create a free account.

Registrations are made separately; if you're bringing a guest, that registration must be completed individually. You cannot register a guest using your personal member portal login.

Everyone is required to register in order to attend meetings, award banquets, and other events.

Fill out your information, choose either individual registration with à la carte options for the award banquets, or select a gold or silver package.

Make your payment to complete your registration; registrations will not be accepted without payment.

You will receive an email confirming your registration.

If there are any dietary restrictions or allergies, send this information via email to jmellenkamp@uphaonline.com by December 31, 2025. Include the person’s name and the meal functions they will be attending.

Please check in at the UPHA National Conference Registration desk to pick up your tickets.
REFUND POLICY: All cancellation requests must be in writing and received by December 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued or cancellations received after this date or for conference no-shows.
Refunds will not be processed until after the conference.
